NINE ACRES OF PARADISE IN THE HAUTE SAVOIE
Welcome to Ferme Sterveda… Our nine acres of paradise in the Vallée du Giffre in the Haute Savoie. The beautiful Vallée du Giffre is noted in the French blue guide as “une des plus ravissantes des Alpes”. It is truly a hidden treasure.
The foundations of the original farmhouse are over 100 years old, built in 1824 by the Larrivaz Family. Whilst the property has been restored and refurbished to meet modern demands, we have made every effort to retain its original character.
Accommodation
Each of the individual residences, situated within the main Farmhouse, is named after one of the mountains that can be seen from Le Saix – Orchex, Criou, Marcelly and Bostan.
ORCHEX
Orchex is an extremely comfortable and quaint residence, full of character. It is ideal for parties of between two and four people.
BOSTAN
Bostan has great character with its sloping beamed ceilings. It is ideal for parties of up to six people.
CRIOU
Criou is very spacious and rustic. It is ideal for parties of between five and eight people, depending on the balance between adults and young ones.
MARCELLY
Marcelly, the largest residence, stretches over two floors and has great charm with its two south-facing balconies. It is ideal for up to eight people.
All of the apartments are totally independent and self-contained and each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. All linen is provided, including towels. Each dwelling has its own fully-equipped kitchen.
Each apartment has its own television with both French and English digital satellite TV & DVD, plus iPod station.
